These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bhumi Bandhu Real Estates website at https://bhumibandhurealestates.com and all related services, including property enquiries, bookings, partner/referral programs, and online transactions.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • "Company," "We," "Us" refers to Bhumi Bandhu Real Estates, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
  • "User," "You" refers to any visitor, customer, or partner using our website.
  • "Partner" refers to a registered associate in our Partner Plan (MLM/referral program).
  • "Property" refers to residential plots, flats, or commercial spaces listed on our website.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
  • You must be an Indian citizen or legal resident for property transactions.
  • Partners must complete KYC verification (Aadhaar + PAN) before earning commissions.

4. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • One person may have only one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Property Listings & Transactions

  • All property listings are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
  • Property prices, sizes, and specifications are as stated but may vary slightly in actual delivery.
  • All transactions are governed by RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) guidelines applicable in Rajasthan.
  • Booking amounts and payment schedules will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • The Company acts as a facilitator and not a builder/developer unless explicitly stated.

6. Partner Program (Referral/MLM)

  • Partners earn commissions based on the 7-level income structure as published on our website.
  • Commission payouts are processed after successful property registration/payment confirmation.
  • Partners must complete KYC (Aadhaar + PAN verification) to receive payouts.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify the commission structure with 30 days' notice.
  • Misrepresentation of the partner program, spamming, or unethical marketing will result in immediate termination.
  • Commissions are subject to applicable TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) under Indian Income Tax Act.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, cheque, or other accepted methods.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
  • GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.
  • Payment receipts will be generated for all transactions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and software — is the property of Bhumi Bandhu Real Estates and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
  • Property investments carry inherent market risks. We do not guarantee returns or appreciation.
  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by government approvals, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion and mediation.
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice for violations of these Terms or illegal activity.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
