How do I join as a partner?
Register on our website, complete the required training through Nav Nax Rise Training Institute, pass the assessment, complete KYC verification, and your partner membership will be activated automatically.
What commissions can I earn on plot sales?
Plot commissions: ₹500 (0-400 sq yards), ₹800 (401-1000 sq yards), ₹1,100 (1001-40,999 sq yards), ₹1,300 (41,000+ sq yards). Team commissions range from ₹100 to ₹300 per level.
What are the lifetime rewards?
100 sq yards → Welcome Kit (₹10,000), 500 sq yards → Domestic Tour (₹15,000), 1000 sq yards → Family Domestic Tour (₹15,000), 1500 sq yards → Cordelia Cruise (₹50,000).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, bank transfers, cheques, and cash payments. EMI options may be available through partner banks for select properties.
Are your properties RERA registered?
Yes, all our properties are RERA registered and follow all government regulations and compliance requirements.
What documents are needed to buy a property?
You need Aadhaar card, PAN card, address proof, passport-size photographs, and bank details. Our team assists with all documentation.
